Principals

Vernon Stevenson

CEO

Mr. Stevenson is a highly skilled real estate developer and Construction Manager for The Greenwich Hazleton Group. In addition to his extensive experience in procurement and contract management, as demonstrated by his DAWIA Level II certification, Vernon brings a strong background in finance to the table, having earned a bachelor’s degree in the subject from Wilmington University in 2016. In his role as a construction manager for the Greenwich Hazleton Group, Vernon oversees the procurement of materials and equipment for building projects, ensuring that everything is procured in a timely, cost-effective manner and meets the high standards set by the company. In addition, Vernon works closely with GHG’s team of contractors to ensure quality construction methods are being utilized.  

Keith Williams

CFO

Keith Williams is a seasoned real estate developer and Finance Manager for the Greenwich Hazleton Group. With over 17 years of experience in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties, Keith brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company. In addition, as a Senior Credit Analyst, Keith has nearly a decade of experience in commercial banking, providing him with a strong background in finance and investment. With multiple rental properties in his portfolio, including international investments in West Africa, Keith is well-equipped to manage the finances of the Greenwich Hazleton Group’s real estate projects. His commitment to learning and professional development is evidenced by his bachelor’s degree from Delaware State University and his current enrollment in an MBA program at Saint Joseph University. In his role as finance manager for the Greenwich Hazleton Group, Keith utilizes his extensive knowledge and experience to ensure the financial success of the company’s real estate projects.
